Our Vision is to actively create, promote and sustain an environment in which each participant is challenged and supported in pursuit of personal growth in the sport of lacrosse.

In order to accomplish this Vision, the INLC Administration and the OK Elite Coaches will work with each player to:

• Foster personal growth and development
• Impose a sense of urgency
• Consistently seek to work faster/quicker
• Increase their accuracy under pressure
• Understand lacrosse concepts in any situation
• Compete in a safe environment
