*** To get a sidelines pass every coach must at a minimum have an active US Lacrosse Membership and a background check either in process or green lighted and submitted to the INYS prior to game day – March 1, 2019.

1. Join US Lacrosse – go to www.uslacrosse.org – cost = $50.00
2. Obtain a background check (Contact your club before initiating through US Lacrosse)
3. Take the online courses:
